4. When you have a craving, go on a walk or do something to take your mind off it.
6. 3 bite rule.
7. Brush your teeth after meals and snacks.
8. Don't eat standing up.
9. Don't eat the kids leftovers.
10. Kitchen closes at 6pm.
11. Don't keep unhealthy food in the house - if it isn't there, you can't eat it!
12. FOOD LOG - log EVERYTHING you eat!
